Sabah is a carer with over 30 years experience in working with children. Teaching Sunday School at her church for most of her life, she has taught 5 year olds up to 18 year olds. Prior to starting her own family daycare, Sabah was a teacher assistant at Eddystone Primary School Assisting children with learning disabilities and difficulties. During this time, Sabah learnt little tricks in teaching these children and how to captivate them and utilise their curiosity.
With a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and a bachelors Degree in Visual Arts From WAAPA, Sabah’s approach to learn and education is unique. A firm believer in the Reggio Emilia and Loris Malaguzzi concept, she believes children communicate and express themselves through drawing, painting, sculpting and even dance.
